To ensure that your needs are addressed as efficiently and effectively as possible, please be prepared to provide the following information:
Customer identification number (if applicable)
Location/site of installation
Case number (if applicable)
The product and version of software you are using
The operating system you are running (Windows 95, 98, NT etc.)
A description of the issue including:
- What you were trying to do when the problem occurred
- Any error message that may have appeared
- Any steps you took to try to resolve the problem
- Additional information required to reproduce error, e.g. DICOM file
