Cedara Image Registration is a sophisticated image alignment add-on for your medical imaging applications. It provides reliable, advanced image alignment functionality that can be completely automatic or guided by simple correlation points.

Cedara Image Registration provides your users the tools they need to offer their patients first class care. They can use it to compare pre and post intervention images, or other time-varying images such as contrast agent diffusion. Or they can use it to combine images from different modalities, such as CT and PET.

Cedara Image Registration uses exclusive licensed technology from the University of Michigan. This technology requires no pre-processing and minimal user input, and provides either affine (linear) or deformable image registration. Cedara Image Registration technology has been fully incorporated into the Cedara OpenEyes™ development platform, and has been used successfully in our Cedara I–Response™ applications.
Full Multi-Modal Support
Cedara Image Registration does not make any assumptions about the imaging modality of the inputs. The library has been used with all combinations of PET, CT, MR and SPECT images, allowing users to use it with any images in their libraries.
